No, we don’t organize group tours. Every Play Italy journey is designed exclusively for you — private, tailor-made, and entirely shaped around your rhythm, interests, and desires.

What is the cancellation policy on Play Italy tours?
All Play Italy tours include free cancellation. You can cancel your trip for any reason up to 21 days before departure without any penalty.
Please note that this cancellation policy does not apply to flights booked through us, which are non-refundable.
